Working Toward Freedom from GLP-1s

One client came to this work while on GLP-1 medication. The drug was managing symptoms, but she knew it wasn't addressing the root causes. Together, we've been excavating the underlying reasons she turns to food—the emotional drivers, the nervous system patterns, the decades of conditioning.

Turning Down the Noise on Sugar

Another client was drowning in the pull of sugar—constant cravings, feeling out of control, white-knuckling through every day.

Instead of fighting the sugar directly, we went underneath. We addressed her anxiety levels.

As her nervous system calmed, something remarkable happened: the screaming demand for sugar became a whisper. She didn't battle it into submission. She made it irrelevant.


Unraveling the Sneaking and Free Food Trap

A client who struggled with sneaking food, couldn't resist "free" food, and felt out of control at restaurants.

On the surface, these looked like willpower problems. Underneath? We discovered layers—scarcity fears from childhood, people-pleasing that made it impossible to say no, stress responses she'd never learned to regulate.

As we drilled down into the REAL reasons, the behaviors started shifting on their own.
